Disaster recovery that's tested before you need it

Backups only matter if you can restore from them quickly. We back up your servers, cloud data and files, and keep a working plan to run your business from the cloud if your office can't.

What you get

  • Know exactly how fast you can recover
  • Ransomware that doesn't become a ransom
  • Cloud data you can actually restore
  • A plan your team has practiced

What's included

Backup & Disaster Recovery: what's included

Server and VM backup

Image-level backups of physical, virtual and cloud servers.

Disaster recovery as a service

Servers replicated to the cloud and started there if your site fails.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace backup

Email, files, SharePoint, Teams and Drive backed up separately.

Cloud file sharing

Secure, managed file sharing that replaces personal accounts and attachments.

Restore testing

Regular test restores, with results documented.

Business continuity plan

A written plan for running the business when systems are down.

Backup is a copy. Recovery is a plan.

Many businesses have a backup and assume they're covered. Then a server fails or ransomware hits, and they discover the backup is weeks old, takes days to restore, or never included the database that matters. Disaster recovery closes that gap: how quickly you need to be running again, how much data you can afford to lose, and a tested way to get there.

Disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS)

With DRaaS, your servers are replicated to the cloud continuously. If your server, office or data center goes down, we start those servers in the cloud and connect your users to them, often within hours. When the original site is ready, we move everything back.

Cloud backup and file sharing

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace don't keep everything forever. We back up mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Google Drive separately, and set up secure file sharing so staff stop emailing attachments and using personal accounts.

Business continuity planning

Technology is only part of it. We help you write down who does what when systems are down: how staff work, how customers are told, which systems come back first. Then we test it.

TermWhat it means for you
RTO (recovery time objective)How long you can be down before it seriously hurts
RPO (recovery point objective)How much recent work you can afford to lose

How it works

Getting started is simple

  1. 01

    Free cloud and IT assessment

We review your servers, cloud accounts, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, backups and security, then walk you through the findings.

  2. 02

    Plan and fixed pricing

A written plan with a clear monthly price for managed services and fixed quotes for any migration work.

  3. 03

    Build and migrate

We set up hosting, security and backups, then move workloads in planned, after-hours cutovers.

  4. 04

    Run, watch and improve

Monitoring, patching, help desk and regular reviews to keep performance up and costs down.

Backup & Disaster Recovery FAQ

What is DRaaS?

Disaster recovery as a service: your servers are copied to a cloud provider continuously, and if your site goes down they're started in the cloud so the business keeps running. Our DRaaS guide explains it in plain English.

Doesn't Microsoft back up Microsoft 365?

Microsoft keeps the service running and keeps deleted items for a limited time. It isn't a full backup you control, so we add a separate backup for mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.

How often do you test restores?

On a regular schedule agreed in your plan, plus a full recovery test for critical systems. You get the results in writing.

Will backups protect us from ransomware?

Properly built backups are the last line of defense: kept separate from your network, immutable where possible, and monitored. Combined with endpoint security, they turn ransomware into a recoverable incident.
